Online Shop
Sell your till stock online, take M-Pesa payments and offer delivery by riders. Switch it on for your business whenever you are ready.
No commission - shoppers pay a 3% convenience fee on top of their order
- ✓ Nothing is taken from your sales: the 3% convenience fee is paid by your shopper, on top of the price
- ✓ Delivery fees are not charged commission, and Zaroda takes no cut of them
- ✓ Shoppers pay you directly, through Tuma or your own M-Pesa Paybill or Till, not through us
- ✓ Online orders appear as normal sales in your reports
- ✓ Your own riders, or Zaroda's approved rider pool
- ✓ You collect the fee with the payment and send the day's total to Zaroda by M-Pesa, with reminders
If a monthly invoice stays unpaid, your online shop is paused until it is settled. Your till keeps working as normal. To switch the add-on on, contact Zaroda after you sign up.
